This policy explains dispatch timing, regional delivery estimates, and the limited circumstances in which a replacement, refund, or other resolution may be offered.

Dispatch and shipping overview

Delivery starts from £6.45 for print-only orders. Eligible orders are usually dispatched on the next working day after purchase.

Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

  • UK: 1 to 3 working days via Royal Mail First Class.
  • Germany: 1 to 3 working days via DHL, shipped from Germany.
  • European Union: 2 to 5 working days via DHL, shipped from Germany where available.
  • Australia: 5 to 10 working days via DHL, shipped from the UK.
  • USA and Canada: 5 to 10 working days via DHL, shipped from the UK.
  • Rest of world: 5 to 15 working days via DHL, shipped from the UK.

Important delivery information

  • Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, local carrier delays, severe weather, or seasonal peaks.
  • International shipments may be subject to destination-country duties, taxes, or customs handling fees outside the control of Boyan Georgiev Creative.
  • Delivery lead times may vary if an order requires manual fulfilment checks, production review, or carrier intervention.

[ Refunds ]

Made-to-order refund position

Every print is created per order. Because of that made-to-order nature, all sales are generally final and change-of-mind refunds or discretionary returns are not offered once production has started.

This policy exists to reflect the custom production workflow while still protecting buyers if something goes wrong with the physical item or delivery.

When an issue qualifies for review

Returns or remedial claims are reviewed where there is a genuine product or fulfilment problem, including:

  • A product defect or production fault.
  • Transit damage or a package arriving in poor condition.
  • A delivery issue, such as a missing item, incorrect item, or other fulfilment error.

How to raise a dispute or delivery issue

If there is a defect or delivery issue, email orders@boyangeorgiev.com as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, the name of the person who placed the order, and a clear description of the issue.

Where possible, include photographs of the packaging and the affected print so the fulfilment team can assess the issue quickly.

[ Resolution ]

What happens next

  • Great effort will be made to rectify any verified issue by working directly with fulfilment and shipping partners.
  • Depending on the circumstances, the outcome may be a replacement, a reprint, a delivery trace, or a refund where a replacement is not reasonably possible.
  • Any resolution offered is at the reasonable discretion of Boyan Georgiev Creative after reviewing the issue details and fulfilment evidence.
