Boyan Georgiev Creative may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the site at that time.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms.
• If you create an account or access order information, you are responsible for keeping your login details, access links, and order references secure.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including billing, shipping, and contact details, is accurate and current.

Prints are produced to order. Product images, framing previews, and placement mockups are shown as accurately as possible, but slight differences in crop, colour, finish, frame appearance, or packaging may occur between screen display and the final physical item.

• All prices are shown in the stated currency at the time of purchase unless otherwise indicated.
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on destination and are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Boyan Georgiev Creative reserves the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or suspend transactions where fraud, misuse, technical error, or fulfilment problems are suspected.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, strikes, or other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Risk in a product passes to you on delivery. If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a fulfilment issue, follow the process set out in the Delivery and Returns Policy so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Because each print is produced per order, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, and refunds are generally not available once production begins.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, Boyan Georgiev Creative will work with its fulfilment partners to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue in line with the Delivery and Returns Policy.

All text, photography, designs, branding, graphics, layouts, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Boyan Georgiev Creative and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, resell, scrape, or exploit any site content without prior written permission.
• Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying artwork or photography.
• If you submit content, feedback, or communications to the site, you grant Boyan Georgiev Creative a non-exclusive right to use that material only as reasonably required to operate, respond, or fulfil the related service.

• You must not interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the site.
• You must not use the site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing activity.
